Unfortunately my experience was terrible. I purchased a pair of ankle boots which, being too small, I had to return. The return policy was clear: the customer pays the shipping costs. The goods must be sent either to the address in Bratislava or to the address of one of their warehouses in Trieste. I sent to Trieste. It's been months and I ask them why I haven't received my refund. They say they didn't receive my return. I showed them the tracking of the package, I asked the courier to give me a copy of the signed delivery note and I sent it to them. No way. They won't refund me because they say they didn't receive anything. Then they start with stories like: you had to ship to the address in Bratislava. You had to use the courier that we call... In short, if you have such complex return policies, make sure you streamline them, like EVERYONE does. Provide the return label and send the courier to collect the goods. You are legalized scammers. I find myself without my boots and without the almost 80 euros I spent.
