- Tovar objednaný pred vianocami. Na stránke píšu 8 dní garantovaná dodacia lehota. Po mesiaci tovar stále nebol odoslaný aj keď na stránke je jeden kus dostupný. Zo strany obchodu okrem potvrdenia objednávky žiadna komunikácia, nič o odoslaní alebo čakania na objednaný tovar.

I had a very bad experience with their sites - they have the same site cloned for different countries - electroplay.hu, electroplay.ro, electroplay.hr, definitely fraudulent sites. Once the order is received, no further communication can be made, no invoice or tracking number is sent, and of course neither are the products. The phone number listed for Hungary is +36301572286, but nobody answers, I called for over ten days each day. They supposedly operate under a company called Sunny Electronic & Logistic Limited Liability Company , owned by a certain Attila Szűcs Szaniszló, and the email address of the company is supposed to be sunnyelectronic#gmail.com, but there was no response there either.

Úplne ten istý prípad aj u mňa, objednávka vytvorená 8.12. že určite doručia do 15.12. a doteraz nič ani faktúra(20.12.) , tiež sa nedá sledovať číslo objednávky a komunikácia nula bodov.
